Use the direct connection when your assistant supports it. The website form remains available for customers and assistants with browser access.

Submit through the Ontrack connection

The public MCP endpoint is https://www.ontrackmoving.com/quote/agent-mcp.php. A compatible client must enable the connection first. It uses Streamable HTTP; tools/list provides the input schema for request_moving_quote and get_quote_request_status. Read the connection guide.

Ask for the customer's name, an email or phone number, origin, destination, date and move size. Unknown destination, date or size may be left empty. Show a summary and obtain permission to share with Ontrack before submitting. Never infer SMS consent or send unrelated chat content.

Keep the returned receipt private. Only report a saved request after receiving it. If the outcome is uncertain, retry with the same idempotency key and details. Requests that pass screening go directly to sales. Exceptions are saved for staff follow-up. Only received_by_sales confirms sales-system acceptance. A receipt is not a price or booking.

Use the website form

Click the "Single-page view for AI assistants" button at the top of the form, or load this page with ?mode=agent. All four steps render as one flat page with every field visible. All inputs are native HTML form elements with stable IDs and labels. Addresses are plain text fields, the date field accepts a typed YYYY-MM-DD value, and there is no iframe. Leave the field named company_website empty. It is a validation field and filling it marks the submission as automated spam.

Can I request a moving quote without filling out a form?
Yes, when the Ontrack connection is enabled in a compatible AI assistant. Describe your move, review the summary, and give permission to share it with Ontrack. The assistant can then submit your request and return a receipt. You can also use the form on this page.
Can I use my preferred AI assistant?
Direct submission requires an assistant that supports the Ontrack MCP connection, with that connection enabled. Availability depends on the assistant and your account. Mentioning Ontrack in a chat does not enable it automatically. An assistant without the connection can help organize your details for the website form.
What details will my assistant ask for?
Your name, an email address or phone number, where you are moving from and to, your preferred date, and the size of the move. For a connected assistant request, an unknown destination, date or size can be left open for follow-up. Share only details needed for your move.
Will the AI give me a moving price?
No. The assistant and form collect your move details only. A human estimator at Ontrack Moving prepares your quote. Final charges will be based on actual labor time, materials used, access conditions, scope changes, waiting time, and any additional services requested or required to complete the move.
How do I know my request was received?
A connected assistant returns an Ontrack receipt only after the request is saved. Keep that receipt private; the assistant can use it to check the status. The receipt status tells you whether the request reached our sales system or needs follow-up. It is not a price, reservation or confirmed move. The website form shows its own submission confirmation.
What information am I agreeing to share?
Review your contact information and move details before giving your assistant permission to share them with Ontrack for a quote and follow-up by phone or email. Do not send payment details, passwords or unrelated conversation. The direct assistant connection does not enroll you in text messages.
Does this work for both home and business moves?
Yes. Describe the home or business move to your connected assistant, including any packing, access or timing needs. You can also use the residential or commercial path in the website form. An estimator confirms the scope and requested services.
What happens after I submit?
Direct assistant requests that pass screening go straight to our sales system. Requests needing a closer look are saved and brought to the sales team for follow-up. Website form requests follow the existing quote process. An Ontrack estimator can follow up to confirm details and prepare an estimate. Submitting a request does not reserve a moving date.
