Rare customer service, efficient and fast
Ontrack's customer service is unparalleled and quite honestly it's quite rare to find in the bay area. Hugo, Domingo and Daniel... handled all of our requirements which included packing, loading and reloading at the terminal and some garbage hauling too, all on short notice. I don't know of any company that can do all of those things. Their prices are reasonable and they are efficient, so every minute is well-spent.

Direct drive, 6-person crew, one damaged item total
On the day of our move a 6 person crew showed up with Jonathan Andres as supervisor. They got everything loaded in one day despite having to use a shuttle to get from the house to the van on the street. We hired them for direct drive and they showed up on time the arrival day with 3 guys and Jonathan as supervisor again. Everything was unloaded, unpacked and moved into the house in 5 hours... With all the packing, shuttling, loading, unloading, unpacking and move in we had only one damaged item. A foot was broken off a storage bench but that was fixed in 10 minutes. Great job done by all.

On time, careful with tight corners
Mariela, everything went really well. Leo and his crew were extremely polite, helpful and very professional. I am very happy I used your service and will use in the future if needed. They showed up on time, took very good care of wrapping everything and took very good care not to damage anything moving into my new townhouse considering there were some tight corners to navigate around.
