Ontrack Moving® SMS Text Messaging Program

This page describes the Ontrack Moving text messaging program, how customers give consent to receive text messages, and how to stop receiving them. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Message types: moving quote follow-ups, estimate links, e-signature links, booking confirmations, deposit and payment notices, arrival-window and move-day reminders, crew and dispatch updates, and customer-care messages related to an active quote or move.
  • Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on the status of your quote or move and the services requested.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How Customers Opt In

Consent is collected on the Ontrack Moving online quote form at ontrackmoving.com/quote. The customer completes a multi-step quote form describing their move. On the final step, the customer enters their name, email address, and mobile phone number. The SMS consent disclosure below is displayed directly above the "Get Quote" submit button on that final step, so the customer sees it at the moment they submit their phone number. Customers may also provide consent verbally when they call us to request a quote.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any message. After opting out you may receive a single confirmation message, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Privacy

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide Ontrack Moving® communications related to quote requests, estimates, bookings, scheduling, payment and deposit notices, dispatch updates, reminders, and customer-care support.
