"Over the past 7 years, we've moved twice locally and used the storage vaults with OnTrack. Every single time I've called, made appointments or asked for info, every person I spoke with has been professional, knowledgeable and communicative... They arrived on time, immediately surveyed the space and packed the rooms methodically including delicate collectibles items with attention and care. They labeled all the boxes and walked over the new space and where items would go... What I like about their storage facility is it's located at their HQ, and it's staffed during business hours... If we move again, still going with OnTrack."

Scottsdale storage to a full Peoria house
Both Gabriel and Alex with OnTrack Moving (Peoria) were AMAZING! They came to move furniture from storage in Scottsdale, to our already crowded house in Peoria. A one-way street with cable car tracks
I lived in a busy area in San Francisco (one way with cable car tracks) and was moving to another state... The 3 professional movers arrived in their truck, I walked them through the apartment and pointed out which items were going and which were staying, and the movers started working. They packed all my things very carefully into their truck... end to end, the whole process took just about 3 hours which was really fast!

A family treasure, placed in its new home
The packing, loading, unloading and reassembly of beds and tables, etc was done with extreme efficiency. Nelson and Caesar, plus other loaders in CA and the unloading crew in TX were kind and effective. A special family treasure, the jockey, was given extreme care and placed in his new home! The estimate held, the floors survived
We were quoted an accurate estimate from the beginning... The movers packed everything carefully and followed instructions regarding what was staying and what was going to the storage unit... They took care of our belongings and also were careful with our brand new floors. None of our belongings were damaged in the move. We did not go over the estimated cost for the move.

Second-story apartment, right on the quote
James and his crew went above and beyond to make sure our move went as smoothly as possible. We moved from a second story apartment and the three of them had everything down the stairs and packed in the truck within a minute of the quoted time.
