Talk through your move with your AI assistant

With the Ontrack connection enabled in a compatible assistant, you can describe your move, review a summary, and give permission to send a quote request to us.

Your assistant asks for your name, email or phone, where you’re moving from and to, your preferred date, and the size of your move. It can leave an unknown destination, date or size open for follow-up. Please share only details needed for the move.

After you confirm, the connected assistant submits the request and returns a receipt. Requests that pass screening go directly to our sales system. If something needs checking, our sales team is notified. A receipt is not a price, reservation or confirmed move. This connection does not enroll you in text messages.

A connection is required. Mentioning Ontrack in a chat does not enable this tool. Availability depends on your assistant, account and connection settings. If your assistant cannot connect, you can use our quote form.

Transport: Streamable HTTP, stateless JSON responses. This public intake connection does not require a customer account. The tools are request_moving_quote and get_quote_request_status. It has no booking, pricing or lead-approval tools.

Connect through your assistant’s supported custom MCP settings. The connection provides its input schema through tools/list. Retry submissions with the same random idempotency key and the same details. Keep the returned receipt token private and out of URLs. Never say a request was saved unless the tool returned a receipt.
