They were super friendly and helpful with suggestions but also listened to what we wanted. Moving is awful but they definitely helped eased some of the chaos and stress that come with moving and unloading. They were so organized and that helped with getting it all done easier than we could’ve hoped for. James and Efrain were amazing! They arrived right at the beginning of my delivery window and hustled nonstop going up and down stairs to move me to a ground level apartment. Communication and professionalism was top notch. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. This is my 4th move in 7 years and by far the smoothest/easiest process out of all of them. I found their service through Yelp Projects and the speed of communication when messaging me back was almost instant, which was a huge stress relief with my timeline of only having about 5 days notice before needing to move.

Geraldo and Jahir were great. Felt so bad for them working in this heat and took longer because James told them he moved me a few months ago and there wasn't much to move. No there wasn't because I had sold all my furniture and other stuff so mainly boxes and some living room tables. Did he really think I was going to live like that. Told him nee stuff being delivered the next day. Even gave the office an inventory sheet. So he just sent 2 guys instead of 3. Took them 5 hours. They did their very best and were extremely careful with all of Mr belongings. They need a huge raise after that job.
